2014 PREPARATION OF 5 persen wt. EPOXY RESIN BONDED MAGNET NdFeB AND APPLICATION FOR SMALL ELECTRIC GENERATOR Muljadi, Priyo Sardjono, Suprapedi Bonded magnet NdFeB was made by mixing a NdFeB powder (MQP A) with a liquid epoxy resin. The composition of the sample consisted of 95 persen wt. NdFeB powder and 5 persenwt. Epoxy resin. This mixture is then pressed with pressure about 1.5 ton/cm2 and it was obtained a pellet sample with size 40 x 18 x 6 mm. The pellet samples were cured by using drying oven at 80oC for 2 hours and then the surface for all samples were coated by using silver paint and dried at room temperature for 6 hours. 2014 Parameters Optimization for Surface Plasmon Resonance Optical Sensor Application Briliant Adhi Prabowo, Chia-Jung Liu, Kou-Chen Liu In optical sensor field such as surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor development, design and optimization performed by computational simulation play important role. Simulation design not only can be a potential bridge between experimental and theoretical in SPR development, but also to predict and to evaluate the hypothesis of the pre- and post-experimental, respectively. 2014 AUTEKOLOGI KOKOLECERAN (Vatica bantamensis (Hassk.) Benth. & Hook.ex Miq.) DI TAMAN NASIONAL UJUNG KULON Wihermanto, Dodo, YWC Kusuma, Muhiban Vatica bantamensis (Hassk.) Benth. & Hook. ex Miq. merupakan tumbuhan endemik Ujung Kulon Banten. Tumbuhan tersebut juga merupakan maskot flora provinsi Banten. V. bantamensis termasuk tumbuhan terancam kepunahan dengan kategori kelangkaan genting (Endangered). Studi autekologi V. bantamensis dilakukan untuk mengetahui kepadatan, persebaran, dan asosiasinya di Taman Nasional Ujung Kulon. Penelitian dilakukan di kawasan hutan TNUK pada September 2010 dengan metode systematic parallel lines, yaitu plot persegi panjang berukuran 10 x 100 meter untuk menginventarisasi kepadatan, kemudian dibagi menjadi 5 plot berukuran 10 x 10 meter untuk menginventarisasi asosiasi dan dispersi. 2014 Molecular Phylogeny of Maidenhair Fern Genus Adiantum (Pteridaceae) from Lesser Sunda Islands, Indonesia based on rbcL and trnL-F Lestari, W. S., B. Adjie, T. Jaruwatanaphan, Y. Watano & M. Pharmawati The Lesser Sunda Islands of Indonesia are composed of small islands scattered from Bali to Timor Island. We analyzed a molecular phylogeny of Adiantum collected from Lesser Sunda Islands to reveal its phylogenetic relationships. A total of 12 species of Adiantum from this region and seven species from Java Island were collected and used in this study. Two cpDNA regions (rbcL and trnL-F) were chosen as markers and phylogenetic analyses were conducted using Neighbor-Joining (NJ) and Maximum Parsimony (MP) methods. Tumbuhan paku memiliki banyak manfaat, tunas mudanya dapat dimakan sebagai sayuran, daun atau rhizomanya kadang juga dipakai dalam ramuan obat. Belakangan pemanfaatan tanaman paku berkembang sebagai material bahan baku untuk pembuatan kerajinan tangan, media tanaman dan pupuk organik. 2014 Performance of Pairing Bilinear Maps in Wireless Sensor Networks Rifki Sadikin, Dicky Rianto Prajitno We present a performance study on several pairing bilinear map algorithms. Pairing bilinear maps are used in pairing-based cryptography such as ID-based broadcast authentication of wireless sensor networks. We compare the performance of 4 pairing algorithms: Eta, Tate, Weil and Eta on based 3 binary field. The pairing maps are implemented in TinyOS environment. Then, it deployed in a Micaz motes. 2014 Proses Pembuatan Mi Jagung dengan Bahan Baku Tepung Jagung 60 Mesh dan Teknik Sheeting-Slitting Novita Indrianti, Enny Sholichah, Doddy A. Darmajana Mi jagung dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan melalui diversifikasi pangan pokok non gandum dan non beras. Salah satu faktor utama dalam pembuatan mi non gandum adalah tidak adanya fraksi gluten sehingga perlu dilakukan rekayasa proses dari jumlah penambahan air dan proses pemadatan adonan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan proses pembuatan mi jagung dengan perlakuan jumlah penambahan air dan pemadatan adonan. Bahan yang digunakan adalah tepung jagung 60 mesh (90 persen), tapioka (10 persen), guar gum, garam, dan air. 2014 Antifungal Activities of Lactic Acid Bacteria against Aspergillus flavus, A. parasiticus and Penicillium citrinum as Mycotoxin Producing Fungi Ema Damayanti, Rezcha Indriati Y., Langkah Sembiring, Hardi Julendra, Awistaros Angger Sakti We present the study about lactic acid bacteria (LAB) isolation which has antifungal activities. The lactic acid bacteria were isolated from fermented cassava and fermented bean as a traditional food in Indonesia. In this research we were selected 27 of LAB isolates which have antifungal activities against Aspergillus flavus FNCC 6002, A. parasiticus FNCC 6033, and Penicillium citrinum FNCC 6111. The five isolates showed ability to inhibit mycelium growth of fungi.
