2010 AKTINOMISETES KHITINOLITIK DAN PROTEOLITIK SEBAGAI AGEN PENGENDALIAN HAYATI NEMATODA SISTA KUNING (Globodera rostochiensis) Agustinus Joko Nugroho Golden cyst nematode (GCN/Globodera rostochiensis) is a new potato parasitic nematodes found in Indonesia in 2003 and caused great economic losses more than 70 persen of the production. Fermentation process which is utilized palm kernel cake as a substrate has done by using stirrer fermentor scale 2 L. Degradation of palm kernel cake by Saccharopolyspora flava were showed that mono-saccharides and oligo-saccharides have been produced during fermentation process, but the yield production of saccharides are still low due to the complex structure of the polysaccharides in palm kernel. Nofdianto The development of methods in measuring the photosynthesis process is now increasingly widespread, especially to get a more efficient method and fast. Photosynthetic efficiency of micro-algae periphytic has been estimated under the influence of light intensity and temperature by using the fluorescence monitoring system. The measurement on a colonized substrate by the saturation pulse method has been conducted using a FMS1 (Fluorescence Monitoring Systems, Hansatech). Measurement of the fluorescence parameters was conducted every week on algal periphyton which was cultivated on the artificial substrate during for 5 weeks under light and temperature conditions. Perkebunan kakao yang berkembanf di Sulteng lebih didominasi oleh perkebunan rakyat. Sayangnya, hingga kini kakao yang dihasilkan masyarakat dijual dalam bentuk mentah atau sebagai produk primer, tanpa diolah lebih lanjut. 2010 Transesterification of Biodiesel From Waste Cooking Oil Using Ultrasonic Technique, Darwin Sebayang, Egi Agustian, Achmad Praptijanto, The aim of this research is to explore a new transesterification process from waste cooking oil to biodiesel using ultrasonic technique. The conversion of waste cooking oil with sodium hydroxide as catalyst used ultrasonic type of clamp on tubular reactor at 20 kHz. The reaction time, molar ratio, and biodiesel quality of this process were compared with conventional transesterification.
