One of the diseases that threatens the lives of people in the world is malaria. The Republic of Tanzania is one of the countries that has a malaria problem that causes many deaths. However, health policies in dealing with malaria are problematic. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data obtained using secondary data with literature studies. The results of the analysis show that the limitations and inability of the government in allocating the budget to provide adequate medical personnel, medicines, and health facilities. On the other hand, the Tanzania’s government efforts to prevent malaria are still constrained by the health budget. Although several malaria prevention policies have shown a deep attitude, they could not be separated from the state’s interaction through international organizations and NGOs which play an important role.
